Tharpu Chuli / Tent Peak Climbing 5695m.

Asian Mountain Adventure offers a climb of Annapurna region’s Tent Peak, also known as the Tharpu Chuli. Lying just south of the Annapurna Base Camp, the Tharpu Chuli (5663m.) Tent Peak summit offers magnificent panoramic views of majestic snow-capped mountains. It is a part of the ridgeline and is located south from the glacier dome. It includes Singu Chuli and acts as a central divider between the semicircles of peaks enclosing the Sanctuary. Tharpuchuli offers an interesting climb to the top and also offers a spectacular view of the Annapurna mountains. The peak was nicknamed Tent Peak  by Jimmy Roberts in 1956. The alpine plants, lush forests, culturally rich local people, snow covered mountains would surely mesmerize you with their serene beauty. The beautiful landscape at the trekking part adds another reason for choosing a climb to this spectacular Tent Peak. While you trek along the fertile Modi Khola River belt, you will experience the natural grandeur as well as the cultural magnificence of most popular trekking region of Nepal. climb on this mountain offers an unparalleled view of the entire Annapurna Sanctuary a breathtaking circle of hanging glaciers and moraines surrounded by some of the highest peaks on earth. The normal route follows the North-West Ridge to the summit although the mountain has been climbed via the South-East Ridge as well as South-West Face.

Day to Day Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1350m).Transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: Sighseeing in Kathmandu valley.
Day 03: Kathmandu to Pokhara (920m), 6/7 hrs, by Tourist bus.
Day 04: Pokhara to Nayapul by car 1:30 hrs, & trek to Tikhedhunga (1550m), 3/4 hrs.
Day 05: Tikhedhunga Trek to Ghorepani (2800m), 5/6 hrs.
Day 06: Hike to Poonhill (3210m) & trek to Tadapani (2710m), 5/6 hrs.
Day 07: Tadapani Trek to Chhomrong (2170m), 5/6 hrs.
Day 08: Chhomrung trek to Dovan (2580m), 6/7 hrs.
Day 09: Dovan trek to ABC (4130 M.via MBC (3700m),7/8 hrs.
Day 10: ABC Trek to Tent Peak high camp (4850 m. 5/6 hrs.) at tent.
Day 11: Summit day to Tent Peak/Tharpu Chuli (5695 m. And back to ABC 7/8 hrs.)
Day 12: Annapurna Base Camp trek to Bamboo (2310m), 7/8 hrs.
Day 13: Bamboo trek to Jhinu Danda (1760m), 6/7 hrs..
Day 14: Jhinu Danda trek to Pothana [1,890M].6-7 hrs.
Day 15: Pothana Trek to Pokhara via Dhampus [1650M].5/6 hrs.
Day 16: Sightseeing im Pokhara Valley.
Day 17: Pokhara to Kathmandu (1350m), 6/7 hrs drive by Tourist Bus.
Day 18: Rest day in Kathmandu.
Day 19: Transfer to Airport for Final Departure.
