Naya Khang Peak Climbing (5844m.)
Naya Khang Peak (5,844m) rises to the west of Ganja La, magnificently situated in the Langtang region of Nepal. The trip starts from Syabru Bensi as we drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi and we walk through the dense forests of Bamboo, Oaks, pines and Maple’s following the narrow valley along Langtang Khola to the north-east. We cross the Langtang Khola south of Kyangjin Gompa and trek to Naya Kang Basecamp for the Naya Kang Peak Climbing. Langtang is a popular destination for climbing snow peaks and spectacular panoramic views of mountains in Nepal and Tibet is also difficult mountain to climb. It has become famous since the British mountaineer “Bill Tilman” described it as the most beautiful valley in the world. You will be utterly speechless at the stunning views of Lantang Lirung (7246m), Lenpo Gang 7083m), Dorje Lakpa (6990m) and mighty Shishapangma (8027m) in Tibetan side as it adds reward to your ambition of peak climbing.
Day to Day Itinerary:
Day 01 : Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to the Hotel. Overnight in hotel.
Day 02: Rest day in Kathmandu. Overnight in hotel.
Day 03 : Drive to Syabru Besi (1460m) via Dhunche (2030m), 8/9 hrs. Overnight in Lodge.
Day 04 : Syabru Besi trek to Lama Hotel (2380m), 5/6 hrs. Overnight in Lodge.
Day 05 : Lama Hotel trek to Langtang Village (3500m), 5/6 hrs. Overnight in Lodge.
Day 06 : Langtang Village trek to Kyangjing Gomba (3800m), 5/6 hrs. Overnight in Lodge.
Day 07 : Rest day in Kyangjing Gomba for Acclimatization. Overnight in Lodge.
Day 08: Kyangjing Gomba Trek to Nyengang Kharka (4430m), 5/6 hrs. At tented camp.
Day 09: Nyengang Kharka Trek to Naya Kang High Camp (4960m), 5/6 hrs. At tented camp.
Day 10: Summit Naya Kang peak (5844m.) and down to Nyengang Kharka (9/10 hrs). At tented camp.
Day 11: Nyengang Kharka Trek to Kyangjin Gompa (4/5 hrs). Overnight in Lodge.
Day 12: Kyangjin Gompa Trek to Lama Hotel (5/6 hrs). Overnight in Lodge.
Day 13 : lama Hotel trek to Sayabru Besi (1420m), 5/6 hrs. Overnight in Lodge.
Day 14 : Sayabru Besi to Kathmandu by Jeep/bus (7/8 hrs). Overnight in Hotel.
Day 15 : Rest Day in Kathmandu. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 16 : Transfer to Airport for final Departure.
