Langtang Valley Trekking is a region north part of Kathmandu valley and it lies just south of Tibetan border. Langtang valley trek is surrounded by high peaks of great appeal. It has become famous ever since the British mountaineer Bill Tilman described it as the most beautiful valley in the world. The highest peak in this area is Shisapangma or Gosaithan (8027m) in Tibet. This area must effected by earthquake in 2015.distroyed all houses and hotel but now newly rebuilt all infrastructure. this trekking known as a Langtang Trekking.
Langtang valley trekking to Gosaikunda is full of diversity and it is attracting many tourists.Langtang valley is also known as the treasure house of Alpine plants. The whole valley is covered with flowers during the summer. This high and isolated region is inhabited by Tamang whose religious practices, language and dress are much more similar to Tibetan. This trekking route is best for views and see local Activities with best Panoramic views.
Langtang Valley Trekking Day to Day Itinerary:
Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Overnight in hotel.
Day 02 : Rest day in Kathmandu. Overnight in hotel.
Day 03 : Kathmandu to Syabru Besi by bus (1,460m), 7/8hrs. Overnight in lodge.
Day 04 : Syabru Besi Trek to Lama Hotel (2,470m), 5/6hrs. Overnight in lodge.
Day 05 : Lama Hotel trek To Langtang Village (3430m), 5/6hrs. Overnight in lodge.
Day 06 : Langtang Village trek To Kyanjing gompa (3870m), 4/5hrs. Overnight in lodge.
Day 07 : Rest day in Kyanjing gompa or climb Kyangjin Ri (4,850m), 6/7hrs. Overnight in lodge.
Day 08 : Kyanjing Gompa trek to Lama Hotel (6/7hrs). Overnight in lodge.
Day 09 : Lama Hotel trek To syabru Besi (6/7hrs). Overnight in lodge.
Day 10 : Syabrubesi trek To Kathmandu (7/8hrs) by bus. Overnight in hotel.
Day 11 : Rest day in Kathmandu. Overnight in hotel.
Day 12 : Transfer to the Airport Departure from Kathmandu..
